Milano Software was founded in 1989 by a small team of 2. Over the last 3 decades, we have grown into a mighty team of 50, with clients all over the world using and loving our products everyday. Since the beginning, we have been recognized as industry leaders paving the way for business management software systems and mobile solution development.
Milano Software opened its doors for business.
We launched our first product; Salon Account Manager.
Acquired our first 1000 clients, thanks to our epic sales team.
A salon from Great Britain become our first overseas client.
Developed 5 new software programs to fit the needs of all businesses.
Organized our first seminar event to share our knowledge.
We became one of the first companies to create online booking.
We partnered up with George Brown & Seneca College.
Milano goes to the app store. We developed branded apps for our clients.
Covid19 hit us, but we hit back with E-commerce.

Providing a helping hand to businesses affected by Covid.
During the start of Covid-19, we knew that businesses were hurting and needed to find ways to adapt. We created Milano e-commerce to help businesses thrive during the pandemic, so they can continue selling their products on their new e-commerce site for increased revenue. In addition, we lowered the cost of our monthly billing and implemented a pay what you can initiative. We truly admire the resilience of business owners.

Milano Software is dedicated to promoting business excellence in the beauty industry. With clients ranging from independent estheticians to chains with over 100 locations, we have proven that integrating smart software solutions improves productivity, retail sales and profitability. We currently sponsor three awards to the industry; the NAHA Salon Master Business Award (MBA), the Contessa Salon Business Excellence Award and Canada’s Top 50 Spa Award.
